I received a coupon in the mail and decided to check out this business as it is close to my home and wow, I am so glad I did. The flyer indicated I could make my own appointment online which is so convenient. It was so easy and they had next day availability. The moment you walk in, you are met with a bright and cheery smile behind the counter. It’s very refreshing to be met with someone who truly seems to enjoy their job. The lobby and waiting area is very well-kept with complimentary water and coffee. Christmas music was playing and it was a very relaxing atmosphere. My car was taken in immediately. Another customer in the lobby was speaking to the mechanics, and they were very kind, taking their time with her, explaining everything that was going on with her vehicle. I was just very impressed. As a female going to an auto body shop alone, I did not feel I was going to be taken advantage of or that there would be any upselling. I only went in for an oil change, but my car was done in about 35 to 40 minutes and I was on my way home with a smile on my face. I can’t remember the last time that has happened leaving any sort of auto service center. They have just gained a customer and I will be happy to refer them to anyone who will listen!
