I was really pleased for the service I received from Carlos at the front desk. I was driving from Miami to Ginnie’s Spring and my car suddenly started to have a speed issue. I found C&G auto center online and I stopped for assistance. Carlos and his staff found a transmission issue codes and tried their best to fix the problem and get me going but after an hour or so that I was driving, the car again had the same failure. Obviously they charged me for the work their done but when I called the office and explained them that I was still having the same issue, Carlos was so nice to refund me the money because the same issue persisted. I was speechless for the amazing action and honesty they showed with that action. I really don’t know how to thank them enough for the help, the money I was refunded especially in the time we’re living now with this Covid situation. Car still running funky and I will have to change the transmission but I was able to made it back in 8 hours instead of 5 because I had to stop several times to rest the car. I highly recommend this Auto Center. I really appreciate everything you’re done for me! Daniel
