I recently returned to C&G Auto Center for an oil change, and once again I had a great experience. Last year, they accidentally cracked my windshield while servicing my vehicle. However, the manager was incredibly kind, apologetic, and went above and beyond to make things right by providing store credit. Because of how professionally they handled that situation, I decided to give them another chance—and I'm glad I did. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, and the entire experience was hassle-free. It's refreshing to find a business that stands behind its work and truly cares about its customers. I highly recommend C&G Auto Center, and I'll definitely be coming back for future service needs.

I paired 3,450 for induction cleaning , water pump (supposedly new) and a new alternator belt ....a few most later I go for oil change and inspection at my Toyota dealership to find out this belt is worn out and in no way was replaced !! I'm so pissed ... I also have no faith that they gave me new fluid or a new water pump

It’s a blessing to find great mechanics C&G was absolutely great . Brought my Range Rover leaking radiator hose and failing pump they serviced my car in a timely fashion and back to work in no time thank you for your service absolutely recommend

Here’s a shorter version: Very disappointing experience. I brought my car in for routine scheduled maintenance, but several basic items appear to have been overlooked. The tire pressures were not properly checked or adjusted, despite being included in the service. The oil change reminder is still showing on the dashboard, which makes me question whether all maintenance was actually completed. I was also charged an extra $10 without a clear explanation, and the reimbursement I was promised never arrived. Overall, this service did not meet expectations for a routine maintenance visit, and I left with more questions than confidence in the work performed.
