I was from out of town (Virginia ) and my door handle just broke off.. I googled a local auto mechanic shop and the big franchise companies were too busy to help. I found C n G auto center and called them. They were very helpful and said to bring it in. This was a Friday afternoon and they were able to order the part and repair time was not long. They were very reasonable with the charge. I was amazed at the charge being so low actually. You can feel confident using this company for all your auto needs. Nice friendly family owned and nice waiting area with coffee and Tv. Thanks again Carlos

Amazing Staff! John was my main point of contact from start to end. Always pleasant, smiling and very helpful. Thanks for always making me feel welcomed as well as my child. You made sure he was also comfortable at the shop. Also a big shout out to the Manager Carlos - he was amazing at communicating. He explained the problem and found a resolution. He took the time out to make sure I was all set. That meant a lot! Thanks for making sure my Kia Optima was safe for transport. You have a great team ☺️
