Went in for an oil change and from the thorough diagnostic that was perform I learned my Jeep needed much more. I was grateful because it would prevent major problems down the line. I was also very impressed with the professionalism of the staff especially Jonathan who checked me in and navigated me through my experience there. Shortly after I was checked in an older gentleman came in wanting to get his car “looked at” and possibly fixed if possible. Mind you there are already 4 people, including myself, ahead of him. Jonathan explained that it could take up to 3 hours before his car can be looked and and a diagnostic test ran to determine what’s wrong with the car which could also possibly be longer depending on what’s wrong with the vehicle. The older gentleman became irate demanding to speak to a manager because he doesn’t want to wait 3 hours. Anyone that owns a vehicle knows that going to a mechanic takes time and it’s not an in and out type of situation ESPECIALLY when you have other customers ahead of you. Though this man became belligerent and very rude he was treated with respect and professionalism. I was just AMAZED by how everyone who spoke to him remained calm and tried everything in their power to accommodate him even though he didn’t deserve it. Even the mechanic who came in to explain the process wasn’t enough for the gentleman, no the “man” because he was far from a gentleman, but he calmed him down and went above and beyond to defuse the situation. After the mechanic left the man was satisfied. So again kudos to this great staff!!!
