I'll start by saying that I highly recommend this business, especially at this specific location (Oak Ridge). From the initial phone call inquiries to the completion of the service, I've never dealt with such straightforward, honest, and hands-on service when dealing with auto care. The waiting area is very clean, comfortable, and perfectly climate-controlled. Jonathan at the front desk is always ready to greet you the second you walk through the door. Just as soon as I had walked in, Phil came out and we started talking through the vehicle issues and the plans for repair. I went for alternator replacement due to frequent battery issues and that's exactly what the focus of the service was. At no point did anyone attempt to up-sell me or pressure me into a service I didn't ask for or need. Not only was the service completed even sooner than the quoted turnaround time (which gave me plenty of time to get to work without delay), but the overall cost was a little over $100 cheaper than any other similar business in the area. I also received a free emergency window-breaker/seatbelt cutter at the end of the visit, which may not be a big deal to most, but I actually genuinely feel better having one available in my car. Huge thanks to Phil, Jonathan, and the C & G mechanics for the stress-free experience! Pros: Fast service, knowledgeable team, great attitude and hospitality, more than fair prices, and a ridiculously high variety of available services. (The free coffee, water bottles, and wi-fi aren't too bad, either!) Cons: The only con is me, for not finding out about this place sooner!
