I am new to Florida and needed a place to get my Benz serviced. I have owned a MB since 2003 and have always had the work done at a Mercedes' dealer. Today was the first time I allowed someone other than Mercedes to service my car. Boy am I glad that I did! My experience with Jonathan, Carlos and the C&G family today was incredible. Every aspect of the experience relaxed my anxiety. The inspection was helpful, the explanations made sense, the professional courtesy was honest, the depth of skill obvious and the price fair and competitive. I had checked with two other places. C&G's price was good and as expected less than what I would have paid had I gone to the MB dealer. My car cost so much I really wanted to find an expert shop that would help me care for it without taking the shirt off my back. I searched online for weeks and made calls too. I stumbled on C&G's website and when I spoke with Jonathan it felt right. I am happy that I found a home for my car at C&G. And, I plan to have my other car serviced at C&G also. Thank you!
