While the overall quality of my car service was exceptional, there were a couple things about the office that were les than satisfactory (Wifi not really working, not enough chairs for everyone to sit at times, no running water in the bathroom, waiting 3 hours for a fairly routine car service). However, in terms of being knowledgeable in their craft and not manipulating you to fixing things you don't really need like other car shops I've been to, they are top-notch. Wish things like Wifi could get squared away so I can work while waiting for my car to be done. Overall would recommend.

Brought in for oil change and they were very nice and honest. I'll definitely be back.

Excellent customer service Before you authorize the service, you are shown all the services that need to be done on the computer so have an idea of what it is Carlos the owner is excellent in explaining all the mechanical procedures that need to be done 5 stars for sure!!!!!

So far so good !!! Just moved from Richmond va to florida not knowing anyone and was guided to them as a reference , satisfied , but waiting to make sure their diagnosis was correct because the last reference got my car back in the shop 4 months later:.. fingers crossed ... very polite employees , so far would highly recommend :)
